Certified Arkansas Farmers Market
Farm to Chef Network

The Certified Arkansas Farmers Market (CAFM) formed the Farm to Chef Network in June 2009 to engage local restaurant owners and chefs with Arkansas farmers and their products. The program aims to build long term relationships through mentoring, co-branding opportunities at CAFM outdoor markets, coordinated seasonal buying and planning meetings. We hope to make it easier for restaurants to buy from local farmers and serve the freshest, most delicious seasonal foods Arkansas has to offer.

About Membership
For a $100 annual membership fee, individual chefs and/or restaurants can join the Farm to Chef Network by making an informal commitment to partner with a CAFM-verified farmer. The member owner/chef selects a farmer from a prescreened list endorsed by the CAFM Selection Committee. The member and farmer then work together to find produce and/or livestock to be used by the restaurant. We believe this innovative strategy will foster many valuable relationships that will put Arkansas chefs and farmers on the cutting edge of the local food movement.
