  • The Times of North Little Rock did a great story, the most recent news that tells an up to date view of our progress.

  • KATV- Hardin's River Mercantile  Closes after 3 years at River Market Hall, New Plans Announced!!!  (This was a good story, as KATV was the only TV media who knew there was something bigger behind our closing, shortly after the Arkansas Times published the Slow Food story. We get the expected reply from my friend Brian Day at the city of LR,  which tells me he is unable to deal with the maginitude of necessary changes needed at the River Market.

  • www.arktimes.com  Arkansas Times published a great Slow Food story, talking about exactly what we are doing.  Much of the story is still untold as it is early in the development stages. This is a must read for the locavore.  Good job Arkansas Times. The author happens to be a BAM CSA member!!

  •  www.arkansasbusiness.com Arkansas Business did a great story on our founder, Jody Hardin, and the demand for local food in Central Arkansas.  Its free, but you will have to log in to their site to read this fine story.

Here is a online story about the Little Rock River Market that isn't afraid to tell it like it is.  Anyone who has a hard time understanding why farmer's need a market that is goverened by farmers for farmers, then read this excellent story that puts things into perspective.  I think this is probably the best one in two years to take on the big problem the city of LR has created for small farming the the statehttp://www.grist.org/news/maindish/2006/09/21/local/ .
